Its closeness to the waterfront and hot pools as well as shops and restuarents.

Room rather dark, not great lighting. Decour getting rather dated.

View of the mountain was particularly good, the room was spotless and new-fashioned. The hotel had a very central location and it was near manganui beach. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

The tv stopped after about 20 minutes operation. It did start again once but I just gave up on it after that. The change over valve from the bath to the shower was seized so I could only have a bath. There were light bulbs not working.

Truly enjoyed the rooms, they were decent sized with spa bath. Location: the hotel was close to many bars and restaurants, the beach, mountain, hot pools and shops, and Tauranga / Mt Maunganui / Papamoa. Btw, it was 900 feet from Pilot Bay Beach.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a balcony, and free wireless internet. It had a marvelous location very close to the beach, restaurants, and the main shopping street. The resort is conveniently located near cafes, shops, Pilot Bay, and hot pools.

Great location close to the beach 🏖️ and a short walk away from Mount Drury Reserve. the rooms were super clean with a cozy lounge area, air conditioning to keep you cool, and even a DVD player for entertainment.
